3. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA We inform you that your personal data may be shared with the following third parties:

  • Artificial Intelligence Providers (OpenAI, Google): The queries and conversations you have with our AI chatbot are sent through their APIs to generate a response. This transfer is necessary for the tool to function.
  • Cloud Storage Providers (Supabase, MongoDB): We store chatbot conversations and contact information in databases hosted on third-party services for backup, management, and analysis.
  • Marketing and Analytics Platforms (Meta, Google): Data collected through cookies and pixels is shared with these platforms for the management of advertising campaigns and the analysis of web traffic.

Digital Dreams will ensure that these third parties maintain adequate security measures to protect your data.

4. USE OF COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES Our website uses cookies, tracking pixels (Facebook/Meta Pixel), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) to collect data about your browsing activity. These technologies allow us to analyze user behavior, improve site functionality, and enhance the relevance of our advertising.
